Delivery Overview

All MAKETTE orders are shipped from our logistics partner in Spain. We offer shipping to a selection of international destinations. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. During promotions or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Order Items

Delivery windows for pre-order items are noted on the product page and at checkout. If you purchase both an in-stock and a pre-order item in one order, your shipment will be dispatched when the pre-order item is ready.

Order Changes

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend any details including the delivery address. Please check your information carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact our team at support@makette.com. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method if arranging your own return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Condition & Packaging for Returns

Please ensure all items are returned as received. Bags with chain straps must be packed in the same protective wrapping to prevent marking the leather. Returns that do not meet our condition policy will not be accepted.

Faulty Items

All MAKETTE products are carefully crafted to high standards. If you believe your item is faulty upon receipt or develops a manufacturing issue within 12 months, please contact us with photos and proof of purchase.

We will evaluate your request and may offer a refund, repair, or replacement. Wear and tear through use is not covered under this policy.

Personalised Products

At this time, MAKETTE does not offer product personalisation. If and when available, personalised products will be non-returnable unless faulty.
